We offer a 30-day playability guarantee on most clubs. If you are not satisfied, you can return them for store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Do you offer international shipping for heavy items like golf bags?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates for oversized items like bags and push carts are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.

Are the golf balls sold on your site brand new or refurbished?

Unless clearly labeled as 'Refurbished' or 'Practice,' all golf balls sold on Golf HQ are brand new and in original manufacturer packaging.
