At Golf HQ, we are committed to your satisfaction on and off the course. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, headcovers, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Securely seal your package, attach the return shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
